if you applied on Aug 30th and they're doing middle of Aug wait till the end of this month.The file is very usefull to track which dates they're processing,so more time is needed to get through Aug 30th.

@Miss bee My PR tracker shows COPR numbers for myself and my family with expiry date set to April 30, 2026 with background verification marked as 'Completed' and eligibility as 'Not Started'.

My GC-key account says the following:
1. Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
2. Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
3. Final decision: our application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

What is the significance of the COPR numbers considering the eligibility and FD is still in progress? Does this mean that the final decision has been made and they are yet to send out the P1 emails?

I applied for non express inside canadaon aug 30th 2024 got no update after medical . Tried calling ircc agents in july and today as well they keep saying info sharing is in progress and security hasn't started which has been the as i ordered my notes in may and got them in june 3rd. I don't know what should i do evem though i don't have any travel history or anything . I feel like i shuld withdraw my file instead of filling siting in backlog

They stopped sending out FDs for more than two weeks. That's why some of the early August applicants already got ECOPRs, but late August applicants don't even have any update after Medical. I applied even before you, and I am in the same situation. So don't let it affect your health, as this is a normal process, and a lot of people are experiencing this just like us. All we can do is wait

Plus, they started sending FDs to mid-August applicants since last week, so yours shouldn't be far.

It was so unfair when everybody deserve the same they stopped at that point i thought may be they'll start my security but they didn't. I don't even want to keep spending money on gcms notes . Am just stuck at such a workplace which i can't even leave cos of closed work permit . Feel so helpless o

I feel you! Do not spend money on gcms notes for now. The processing time can be slow during summertime as a lot of case workers have their vacations during this time. So give it another month or two. We are all experiencing the same situation and you are not alone

Checked my application tracker today and it got updated with COPR details with an expiry in July 2026. This is good progress, right? Still haven't received any updates on my GCKey though.. No emails too..

i received my p1 email today! still no FD though so still can't fully celebrate yet! hopefully soon!

I feel you! Do not spend money on gcms notes for now. The processing time can be slow during summertime as a lot of case workers have their vacations during this time. So give it another month or two. We are all experiencing the same situation and you are not alone

Have you tried reaching out to your mp or requested gcms notes recently?

Mine is AR March 21 2024, All passed except comprehensive security started on Dec 4 2024 and still no update until now.

I dont believe in MPs and cry/beg for something. I will directly go to the lawyer for mandamus when my patience ends.

I received ADR for police certificate from the Netherlands where i did my MSc. I was given 30 days by IRCC to submit it. Unfortunately it takes 4 weeks to get the certificate and it can only be mailed to me adding adding time before i can receive it. I have already submitted the application for the police certificate. What steps can I take with IRCC? Will they refuse my application?
