Hello @Miss bee , Can you please help with my question.

Me and my wife got our work permit extensions refused, we went out of status, applied for restoration (approved) and came back to legal status.
We filed our PR application. We got an update to re-submit IMM5669. This is the second time they've asked for it. Does this mean we did something wrong in our previous IMM 5669 ?

Also, I was wondering what should we answer for the question-"been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country or territory?" in the 5669 form.
Please advise.

Request of Background declaration form doesn’t means anything is wrong with your application. It’s juts simple request. If you are resubmitting background declaration form , you should answer Yes this time for that question and provide details.

Again @Miss bee I received PAL and adr PCC. My PCC is still valid do i need to get a new one?

As you mentioned again you receive PAL so you mean to say 2 times you got PAL email.. is it so...?

I received PAL once. What i received today is portal 1 it is different.

i just got an ADR from IRCC

* Submissions: You must provide an update regarding your biometrics

Please note that i have already done my biometrics when i apply for CWP, should i just give them Biometrics number which i have with me.

Could you please advise how long it may take to get FD or P1 after I have received status of Background Check is Completed?
As I understand right first I should receive Final decision. Right now GSKey shows:

Review of eligibility

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

Review of medical results

Review of additional documents

• January 10, 2024 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

Interview

• You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.

Biometrics

• March 1, 2023 Completed.

Background check

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Final decision

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

THE Tracker shows:
Biometrics Completed
Medical exam Completed
Background verification Completed
Eligibility Not started (but I called to IRCC and they ensure that It has Passed)

Can any one advise me how to get the correspondence letter stating one would be on a maintained status until the decision is made after apply for extension before the work permit expiry date?

Is anyone from November 2023 still waiting for a response? This is non express entry PR. I've been stuck in security not started for 5 months now. ATIP suggests no enhanced security check.
Do i now need to wait until July 2025?
