Yes you need to apply for new closed work permit however if you get AOR and you don’t have any employer restrictions on your nomination certificate, you can apply for BOWP.Primary applicant is on closed work permit, tied up with current employer.

It’s a positive sign that the process is moving forward. While it’s not unusual for updates on the tracker page to lag behind those in the GCKey account, here’s what typically happens next in the permanent residency (PR) application process after passing the medical exam:Hi @Miss bee I hope you are fine. I would like to ask you something again. When I checked my wife's GCKEY account, it shows she passed medical exam

Latest update:
Review of medical results - November 24, 2024:You passed the medical exam. "
The tracker page did not update yet. I hope IRCC checked my son and mine medical exam as well
What are the other steps after the medical one?
Hey @Grace Found MeHello @Miss bee ,
I would like to inquire whether proof of funds is a requirement for applicants who are currently residing in Ontario, Canada, and have applied for permanent residency under the OINP non-express entry stream (specifically, the International Student Stream)?
Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I look forward to your response
Hi @Miss bee ,
Hope you’re having a pleasant evening!
I received P1 yesterday, which I replied almost immediately with my (PA) and my husband’s information.
I did not provide that level of clarity you mentioned a few comments above, however, I’m willing to do that if you think it’s important.
Today I logged in to the tracker and saw that we already have a COPR number and expiring date.
Is that normal having the COPR number available in the tracker one day after replying P1 email?
Thanks a million! And thanks for all your support up to now!![]()

@Miss bee Hello.
I recently submitted my application for the non-Express Entry stream and am waiting for the AOR. However, I just realized this afternoon that my dependent's personal history from July 2024 till date(unemployed) was not included. How can I correct this?
@Prince_tigrisPlease does anyone have an answer to this? @Miss bee
Hi, I also submitted this month. Let's start a WhatsApp group. How can we make external group chats? I'm looking for anyone who just submitted their application this month so we can follow up with each other.
