non-BC graduate applying for BC PNP

Hi everyone ,

I want to start my job in BC , I graduated from McGill University (M.Sc of Computer Science) and currently I'm on a Open Work Permit ,

Can I apply for BC PNP after 8/9 months of receiving the offer ? Or is it only for BC graduates ?
