Hi there can somebody help me with my situation.

I am working here in Manitoba under a provincial nomination. My pr application along with my daughter and spouse is on file. We’re already done with our medical exams and i also settled or rprf fees. So basically we are just waiting for passport requests and eventually our copr. But due to untoward circumstances our marriage had been breakdown a couple of months ago when I decided to broke up with my husband But there is no legal separation or divorce whatsoever and Im thinking not to bring him
anymore here after we got our pr’s. Now my concerns are the following..

*One is what shall I do with his pr? Should I notify the cic that he will be “non-accompanying dependent”? But I am afraid that this change might affect or prolonged our pr application so should i just let our pr be issued and if my final decision is really not to bring him anymore here, should i just let his copr expired?

*since I will just bring my daughter here and leave his father in our country, what are the legal documents should I bring and present once me and my daughter enter Canada?

Thank you everyone.
