Hello, my father has applied for OINP oversea and I am studying in Canada(using student visa)the time when he applied. We got the COPR letter from the IRCC HongKong office today and my letter was not in the package. However, on my father’s COPR I’m listed as non-accompanying. Is it because I’m studying in Canada for the whole processing time so the IRCC decided to change my status to non-accompanying?How can I ask them to change me as an accompanying dependent? Thanks
