Dear all,

I was recently promoted to a recruitment lead and prior to that I was a recruitment specialist. I had used NOC code 1223.

However, as per my new JD, I assist the manager with budgeting, assist in developing policies, managing the team etc. It would be equivalent of a supervisor post.

Shall I continue using the same NOC code or can I use the code 0122 - HR nanager or 1211 supervisors

Job titles / Designation names doesn't matter. Job duties and the Lead statement matters.
compare the JD's of all related NOC's and select the NOC with more of your duties.
If NOC xxxx has more matching duties with your current duties select it.
I'm not a professional but this is how we select an NOC. maybe some other users could help you in figuring out your query.

Go through NOC database and compare your duties against potential NOCs

However, Managers job description includes:

- Supervise
- Plan
- Organize
- Manage
- Approves
- evaluate etc...

Assistants include:

-Assistant
- Help
- ensure
- prepare
- Follow up etc...

Just take care of keywords in your JD
