Are you sure WES would not give ECA for your specialty degree? Have you included your Work Experience letter from your employer? Does it detail your teaching activities and hours etc?

I think you should have included ECA report for your postgrad degree. But I have little knowledge about this issue so I hope I m wrong.

About the PhD and Board degree equivalence I am unsure , if your lawyer is experienced in such matters, I'd assume he is correct.

MCC report only required for those applying for 3111 and 3112 & they are only verifying primary medical degree.

If finances are not too much an issue, I suggest you get WES report for your highest medical qualification. If, God forbid, CIC rejects your current application, they'll tell you why your app was rejected. You could still have time to reapply as your NOC is not filling up very fast. I think CIC is processing applications of mid or late June at the moment, so your turn is near.

Its a lot of speculation I know, but just sharing my opinion with you. Hope it helps and you succeed. Good luck

It should clearly state your name, position of work, employment duration, main duties in detail, weekly work hours, annual pay. For more details and info please refer to CIC document check list section on Work Experience.

Bro don't be tired. I know its a lengthy process but have try to keep your spirits high. I think you should email or call WES about the degree. You can also send them a scanned copy of your degree to help them figure out if they can do its assessment for you or not.

Your experience letter will hold you in good stead when CIC reviews your case but I cant answer what they'll make out of it, as I have limited knowledge in this case.

MCC normally sends ECA by normal mail which will take at least 20 days to reach you. So if you are in a hurry to receive the report download the Courier Authorization Form from their website. Fill it and send a scanned copy to the MCC email address. Write URGENT in the subject of the mail so that they dont send it by normal mail. You'll get the hard copy of the report in 3-4 days after it becomes visible online. Courier fee is 138 dollars I think
