Hello Everyone.....
I know i am bothering everyone ....Another 2 query pls...
1 . I have 2 portion in my MBBS certificate ,in Upper portion written in Bengali and in lower portion it is written in English...Do i have to Translate????
2. Do i have to pay the document fee first or send the Papers to MCC first? Pls reply ASAP

i got mail form MCC

Physicians seeking an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) should:

Visit the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website for a full list of requirements to apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program.
If they have not already submitted their medical diploma for source verification to the MCC (either through MCC-Online, PCRC-Online or physiciansapply.ca)
Open an account with physiciansapply.ca
Submit a source verification request (SVR) for their final medical diploma. Note — candidates will need to pay an account fee, if not previously paid, and a document fee
Send a copy of the final medical diploma to the MCC. If the document is in a language other than English or French, the document will need to be translated.
The required identity documentation will also need to be submitted (Certified Identity Confirmation form and a certified copy of a valid/non-expired passport).

Please note that if you send your original medical credentials and/or identity documents, they will not be returned to you.

Go to their physiciansapply.ca account and request (under Other Service Requests) an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report. To obtain the ECA report fee, visit the Examination and service fees page on our website.
The ECA report will be issued after the successful completion of the source verification process and will be mailed to the candidate directly. In addition, a copy of the ECA report will be available on their physiciansa

You have to pay document fee while submitting for SVR and Report fee after SVR completed.

When you will send your documents, you have to pay the courier fee. However, ECFMG will send the documents for source verification via regular e-mail . I'm stuck here. My institute didn't get the documents yet. ECFMG sent the documents on 16th April, 2014. It's very frustrating. Now, I have to communicate with them again to re-send the document. However, they will automatically re-send those after 2 months.

i am really sorry to hear this, i know u r the most advance guy who applied even before starting FSWP 2014.

You have to pay document fee while submitting for SVR and Report fee after SVR completed.

I think we can pay ECA Report Fee before SVR completed, As I did and it is showing ECA report Status submitted.

What is a Medical Educational Credential Assessment report?

The Medical Council of Canada (MCC) is designated by the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to provide Educational Credential Assessments (ECA) for Principal Applicants intending to apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) for immigration to Canada and for whom Physician would be the primary occupation for their application to immigrate to Canada.

This service may apply to you, if:
You are a graduate from an international medical school (including the U.S.).
You have started the immigration process with Citizenship and Immigration Canada and you have been asked to obtain an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report as part of this process.
You have submitted your final medical diploma for source verification.
The ECA report will be issued after the medical diploma has been source verified. The MCC will provide clients with an original ECA report that applicants can submit to the FSWP
