My brother from India wants to apply under 3112 category. Can I pay the ACCOUNT REGISTRATION fee on physiciansapply.ca while creating his account with USA credit card ?

if not what are the ways for him to pay this fee from India ?

There are two ways......
1. a) Collect all the information of your brother needed during creating physiciansapply account. (Needed info can be checked by a trial "Create account")
b) Create an account from USA using your credit card
C) Give the user name and password to your brother after successful payment

2. You can share your Credit Card information (Card no, Exp date & security code) to your brother so that he can pay while creating his account.

one of my friend from Bangladesh used the first way.... His brother created his account from Germany.

I paid my account fees using a relative's credit card. You can click yes to the question as it means that you are yourself paying for the fees and not being sponsored. Should not be a problem.

On my MBBS degree from university ,it is mentioned that it was completed on November 1993 and that degree was issued on Feb 21 1995.

And my academic studies started for this MBBS degree on August 1st 1989 It completed on Dec 31st 1993 and with internship it ended on Dec 31st 1994


Graduation date (YYYY-MM-DD):
Diploma issue date (YYYY-MM-DD):
Academic studies start date (YYYY-MM-DD):
Academic studies end date (YYYY-MM-DD):


1) Should I put academic end date including intership period or not ?
2) and then Should I mention Graduation date as Academic end date or the date (Nov 1989) which is mentioned as examination held on the degree ?

Graduation Date should be the one when you completed your Internship. Diploma issued date should be the one when you were given the degree by your university. Apart from that academic end dates should be the one when you took your final MBBS exam.
