NOC 3112 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

Dear all, please help me by clearing these information..............

1) As I am single, don't need to fill up some forms like additional dependents, statutory declaration etc. Do I need to send these blank forms with all ?
2) In the form IMM0008, question 12b), do I add another blank page to write all the main duties? or go to the next step immediate below? or write only few main duties 3/4 in the particular space?
3) In form IMM5406, in case of writing names both in English and native language, do I add extra page to accommodate all in the box? or there are another way to write?
4) In form IMM0008, question 4, what is the answer in case in me as a Bangladeshi?

1- First of all you should send only forms which you filled no need to send blank/empty forms.
2- You can add additional page for your job duties and make all the columns as its described in q. 12(b) and also write you name date of birth forms name and once you write your duty print it and sign it and do not forget to put the date. you should write "continue additional sheet" on the main page of q. 12 (b).
3- you have to accommodate your names in native language on the same page.

IS IT OK ?
OR SHOULD I USE FEDEX OR DHL?

1)Where do I assess my ultrasound diploma?
No need to assess ultrasound diploma. All you need is MBBS Degree credential assessment.

2)How many points is for MBBS degree if I apply under 3216?
23 points

3)Do they count experience before ultrasound diploma? I got 7 yrs ultrasound work experience but I have done my diploma 1 years ago. So can I claim total 7 years?
Yes, for sure. No where it is mentioned that you must have degree of experience. I am not a diploma holder, only MBBS, with ultrasound experience.

4)Which degree do I need to send to MCC?
MBBS.. Go with WES. MCC takes lot of time. I got my MBBS credential assessment from WES. If you read the credential assessment details, MBBS degree assessment is to be done by MCC only if you are applying under NOC 3211/3212 which is General practitioners. I applied through WES. When I Sent them for credential assessment, I received message from WES, that your degree (MBBS) has to be done by MCC. I FAXED them with my reply that I am applying under NOC 3216, not NOC 3211. I also sent them print out of description that MCC credential assessment requires in case you are applying under NOC 3211.

Sincere advise from my part, don't go for MCC. It is time consuming, usually taking 3-4 months or sometimes more, Send your request for credential assessment to WES. Write covering letter along with your degree and required certificates & inform them that you are applying under NOC 3216.
{•as a specialist physician (NOC 3111) or general practitioner/family physician (NOC 3112), the Medical Council of Canada must do an educational credential assessment only for your primary medical diploma}

How long it takes to sent mail from ECFMG to karachi med college

ECFMG send medical degree for verification through ordinary post and it ll take atlas 7 to 10 days but you have to be vigilant and should have close contact with your college as when they get it, they should inform you.

TCS does not have good connection for ECFMG, i suggest you should get the degree verification envelop from your college (sealed one) and then you courier it on your own, use fedex it ll deliver in 4 business days. keep it in your mind mention the college principle and college address as sender. i had my identity verification sent to ecfmg by tcs .....it reached on time like other couriers...dont worry as long as ur medical coleege is sending thru courier...best of luck and by the way tcss only deliver by its own to dubai and uses dhl or fedex from there on and takes half money so my experience was ok ...just that they didnt give every day updates ....i just saw on ecfmg account first that my docs were received
and later found i had msg on my cell

Well the point is after Dubai TCS use fedex then why not use from the very first day....

No more cofusion. You will get 23 point for MBBS. Thats all whether it is NOC 3111 or 3112.
