hello any news/updates re: Latest charge for noc 3012??

all I know is some October 12th application got charged.
One of my friends from August applicants got charged around mid January.
Its going on zig zag. Random

It was previously thought that it was capped in the mid sept applicants. But since someone mentioned here that an oct12 applicant just got charged, then maybe, and just maybe there are still slots 4 oct and nov applicants

according to the cic website it was capped by mid November with 200+ complete applications waiting for MI check.
So some of the October applications might have been included in that list.
but no one knows for sure.

it could be chalou. But who knows how many applications they deemed incomplete or ineligible.
We dont know. We can only wait and pray
