Please could you shed more light on the Dec 22nd applicant ?. I wonder if the applicant is on this forum, as other waiting applicants like me would like to gather more info. from him or is it a "hear say" kind of news

I know, he is not on the spreadsheet since he has applied from Y-Axis and is not a forum member.
But i did a double check and have confirmed that he has got his DD encashed.

Even I am on the same boat as everyone here. There has been lot of posts on the capped thingy.
But it is heartening to know this for myself as well.

If he is well aware on procedures rater than pay fees and rely on agent then its a positive wave, if not then Y-axis and WWICS are most fraud and misleading consultants

They accepts your application even if you dobtful to score 67.

You applied 8 weeks back? Yes.. So please all you hve to do is to wait for an email
Ok Can I know if my NoC was capped?

This is a great news of course!! Please updateall posititive indications regarding any application received after October 2014.
Total update on 16 December including processed and received applications, shows that cap not reached. Then the posts of two fellow members says different to it. So this is the only way to live with hope.

Somenagents have 3 stages for fees charge
File preparations and submission
On file number
And last at Medical

So many agents show fake news and fake charge with fake file num to get 2nd installment of fees

Well these are my personal observations and opinions I am not pointing towards any one's intentions

If 1123 is not capped .. Why did 2 of our colleagues in the forum got e-mails clearly mentioning that their applications will be returned due to cap reached ?
On the other hand there is no single confirmed case of CC or DD after 21 oct.
Keeping hope is great but I can not see any logic behind ignoring the facts and chasing our wishful thinking.
I will be very pleased to be proven wrong based on confirmed fact .

PER Received: 30th Dec.
Visa Office: CPC-O

Note: My eCas is still showing one line and I have received the medical forms first, then the email from the visa officer requesting the PCC and RPRF

The news of 1123 Capped after 22nd,Oct is confirm...

Another applicant on forum/SS - 23rd,Oct got same reply that 1123 cap full... Gurinder Singh Boparai

Package returned today with a letter from CIC that our my application reached to them after 1000 applications - cap filled.

Application receiving date was 6th of November.

It is strange that some people are saying that 10th November got the PER and 6th is being returned, but at least my wait and pain is over.
