I am 10th sept applicant.. 1123 this wait is killing... When will I get that magnificient mail ???

Is there any truth to the new about CIC having paced up their process?

Everyone is saying that their CC getting charged and PER being received earlier than expected. Is it only for certain NOC or certain country application?

Just relax, we have no control on what CIC / VO is doing. Have faith in them, they are professionals. They have nothing to gain by doing anything that is not in their rule book. I think its just procedural whether delay or speedup.

dont worry n check with ur DD issuer bank.
it will be encashed but they dont inform u.

ur PER mail be on way.

Finally I finished my application applying under NOC 1123.

But I'm in a worry. Will CIO approve my application under NOC 1123 or they will qualify it as NOC 0124 or 4163

I want to ask you to look over my duties and tell me your opinion about most suitable NOC

Company 1.
Worked as a marketing specialist. His main responsibilities included the following:
1) planning and developing the company's annual marketing plan;
2) search of partners to increase both on the local and national level;
3) organization and implementation of marketing strategies within the assigned budget;
4) control, assessment and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing measures and events;
5) planning and organizing marketing measures and events to increase client base;
6) preparing and drawing up marketing reports by collecting and analyzing the sales data and the results of surveys with target audiences;
7) developing the plan of promotion of the company's products - advertising technologies, sales strategies and procedures, etc.;
8) organizing and holding exhibtions of the company's finished proucts and demonstration models;
9) development, implementation and assessment of strategies and programs aimed at informing clients;
10) developing and conducting advertising campaigns in printed and electronic mass media;
11) establishing and mantaining relations with mass media representatives.

Company 2.
Worked as an assistant for customer support. His responsibilities included:
1) preparing and drawing up reports for the sales deparment on the basis of collected and analyzed data, information on new products and customer feedback;

4) organisation, providing for and conducting of trainings, presentations;
5) launching and controlling the course of marketing activities;
6) preparing and launching the company's new products on the market;
7) collecting information on product features, market share, pricing and advertising activity;
8) providing the company's sales department with the information on sales volume, market trends;
9) organizing and providing for the operation of the company's brand shops;
10) marketing analysis of the company's products

Hi, I'm almost sure that you will be ok to go under 1123. But don't take me for granted please.

For Company 1, I think 1123 is definitely ok. For Company 2, it could be interpreted as in between 1123 and 4163, but for me it is much more 1123.

For sure none of the above goes under 0124 as it is a senior managerial position (VPs, directors and managing comitee members...).

I have applied for my ECA and have all other docs ready except for the eca certificate.

So my question is can I submit the form to the immigration with a cover letter saying that only ECA is pending?

As in the form it says all docs should be submitted otherwise it will be treated as incomplete and returned back.

BUT in their help center faq webpage and video they say if you cannot provide all the docs at the time of submission then to just add a cover letter to state the docs missing with its reason.

So if I submit all forms and documents with a cover letter stating ECA is missing and will be supplied when I receive it, is it okay?

i think they will retutn your applications as incomplete
