Hello people!
Unfortunately I noticed new NOCs few days ago and I want to apply for 1123.The cap is far from 1000 so I don't think it is the main problem for my applying for FSWP 2014.
But the main problem for me is the deadline fot it.. as I understand CIO will approve only those applications which they'll receive till the end of 2014.
I have a big hope to send my application before the deadline and is in a hurry gathering all documents (Nov, 8 I have only the IELTS result).

I want to ask you. Maybe someone knows - if they'll receive my application, for example, on 4th of January - will the reject it even though the cap will not be reached?

If your IELTS results are on the 8th of Nov and till then you have all you docs ready to send. Then dont worry about caps and dead lines.. send it ...There is nothing to loose .. you dont even get charged till you are confirmed for a PER or NER so need not worry....
But yes I would suggest do follow the 31st Dec Deadline.. As the new express entry roles out you dont know what might they change and do, no body can even guess.

Next week i'll send my diplomas for evaluation to WES. Hope in a month I'll get them back with report.
And now I'm gathering all documents.
So, the main thing is - whether WES will evaluate my diplomas quickly or not..
Approximately I hope to send my application after 20th of December...
And another reason for worry is the holidays and of I am not mistaken CIO will close on 25 Dec....

I read on this forum that FSW2014 ends on 25th April 2015 (not Dec 2014). Maybe a search will locate the date?? "New rules regarding the intake of and processing of new applications for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program will come into effect on April 1, 2015."

i.e. Files of Aug'14 (completeness check)/Files of 24th,Jul'14 (CC Charged)/14th,Jul'14 (PER received) as per spreadsheet... So, based on this data

What is the estimated Cap filling date for this NOC? What are possibilities of being within the cap if the application is filled till 31st,Dec'14 for this NOC?

1,3,5,8 good. Remaining Not So Sure.

I think the danger is that we might cross 25500 (25000?) before we touch 1000 in NOC 1123.
Estimated CAP will be reached around February, I would guess looking at how it has progressed and using previous year 2013 as a base (note that 1123 was a NOC available last year).
Buts it anyone's guess - no one can tell for sure as no one knows how many 1123's are in the mail, sitting at CIC, being opened, found complete etc. I would advise people to send NOW!
I have reason to believe it is going to be difficult to get in via Express Entry. But again, it's just my opinion.
