NOC 1223

Hi everyone!
I amd planning to go for PNP as my CRS score is 349 and even if i give ielts again it wont go beyond 405.
My NOC is 1223. Has anyone got ITA with same NOC as i find it very rare that getting invitation to my NOC.
Kindly guide.Thanks
