since feb,i am in RBVO London.is it taking long time because of the 0631 code

I don't think they process different NOC codes separately.

Hi fellow 0631 applicants,

Im a Dec.2010 applicant & RBVO from March by July 21 my address disappeared from ECAS then the next day Im IN PROCESS! lasttWednesday our consultant informed me that they received for a PCC request for Philippines & Dubai though I wonder why PCC only, I requet sted them to forward the email of CIC but till today, I have no any clue

It is totally the VO's discretion what they will ask for....
So go ahead and provide them wid the pcc as of now....
They will surely ask for the medicals and pp request later

Hello Everybody,

Finally I found a thread for 0631. Been searching for a while now. New to the forum so "search skills" needs refinement I guess. I am going to apply under NOC 0631 in the beginning of Sep as I am waiting to appear for my IELTS scheduled end of Aug. Am I running very late?

I have gathered all my documents but am stuck on just one. I seek your advice and guidance and opinion to help me out of this situation.

I am applying under NOC 0631 as I am a Restaurant Manager. But I am also the owner of the restaurant. As per CIC guidlines I cannot provide a self declaration of my duties and roles and responsibilities. I do not have a boss or partner either. In this case what documents do I provide to substantiate my duty claims?

Please do give me your valuable inputs. Looking forward to insight from all of you.

Thanks

Hi wonderlust
I dont think so. That you are running late. its just 25 applications as per the last update for 0631 category, so i dont think it is going to be filled by the next two months. BBut keep your papers ready once your ielts results are out immediately place the file.

hi all,

i was reading the thread 'london chc april to oct 2011' and was shocked to read nectar's post announcing the decision to hold post june 2010 applications until after sept 2011. the post says currently the priority is for post feb 2008 applications. please access the post at the below link.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/chc-london-from-april-2011-to-october-2011-t66389.0.html

can we attribute the delay that the london applicants are facing currently to this decision? any one knows if this piece of info is true? looks like this applies to london vo only. pl share your thoughts.

Hi Canada100,

I am post-June-2010 applicant and got my visa a couple of weeks ago. Several other members of the post-June-2010 thread have passport requests and/or medical requests. So I can assure you that post-June-2010 applicants are not "on hold", although processing at CHC London is slower than some of the faster offices like Manila and New Delhi.

Nectar was just making it up, as usual. He's changed his story several times since he made that post. Please pay no attention to it, and instead focus on real facts and listen to actual experiences and timelines of real applicants.

Wayne.

Welcome to the thread Wonderlust.
Well, being self-employed is always tricky when it comes to prove it. You must show them invoices, Tax venues, or any paper that shows the services you provide to customers etc.
A senior can help you better with the documents that you should send. Just keep in mind, it's not as simple as with an employee.

Hi friends,

I am having a trouble filling a form called "Supplementry Information - your travels (IMM 5562)". PDF file is not letting me type anything on the form. Should I get it printed out and fill by hands. Will that be okay?

Thanks and appreciate your help.

There Are softwares for pdf editing like foxit pdf editor. Try those.
Rather than filling up with hands
