NOC 0121 Insurance, real estate and financial brokerage managers

Congrats JOSHRAHUL....Even i want to apply without agent.So ,have some queries regarding the same.I want to know that :-

1) Do we need to file PCC with application form as I have heard that it can be sent later on at medical checkup stage.

2) DD validity?As in India DD is valid for 3 months?will it be sufficient for applying?what happen if DD is encashed after 3 months?

3) How to prepare job reference letter?its better if you can upload the sample format for the reference.

4) Proof of funds?What if i transfer funds one week before applying in my account and send the statement of accounts or should i get a FD certificate and send the photocopy of that?

Sorry if my question is silly but could anyone help me to identify to which NOC my occupation refers?
I'm a financial investment manager in jewellery company.
My main duties are to develop financial plans and invest and manage funds on the behalf of my company.
Is it suitable for 0121 NOC? - I see an "investment manager – financial brokerage" title.

I can understand the wait... somehow it starts from day one - first Wait for Education Credential Evaluation, then, IELTS Result and the list goes on...

I am applying as a Real Estate Professional under 0121. Thankfully, I managed to get the key (0121) job duties reference letter.. just trying to get other reference letters to maximize the points.

Did you submit your PCC alongwith your application or will submit it later?

Hey.. Sorry for late response. Yes, luckily my passport was recently renewed, so I could get my PCC quickly (from Mumbai) and so could include it in my application. What about you? Have you included your PCC? I believe its valid for an year, so probably at the time of visa grant, they ask for a fresh PCC. Your views please.

My only worry right now is reference letter. Though I have tried my best to mention duties as required by NOC 0121, and also have included all necessary points like date, company letterhead, email, seal, signature etc.. but am still hoping, there is nothing left out.

I have recently come across few posts in other blogs, which say that reference letter is getting cross-checked by NDVO, by calling company's HR. Someone's got rejected because he got it signed from supervisor, and HR was unaware. However, CIC forms' check list mentions that reference letter can be signed by supervisors. That is the reason they must be asking for phone number of person who has signed.. Don't understand how and what NDVO wants here, but just keeping my fingers crossed that mine will be through..

I am applying in NOC 0121 and was going through the forum to find out rejection reasons and one that stood out was wrong NOC. I worked as a Loan consultant for a consulting group and then was promoted as a manager. Do you think this NOC is appropriate for me?

One of my friend is interested to apply in his category but I just wanna know will it be closed in Jan 2015?
Looks like the the total intake quota is 12000 and in this category less than 100 so there are chances but if someone submits the file in lets say Jan or Feb 2015 will that be ok?
Or FSW 14 will be completely closed in Jan 2015 irrespective of numbers of application?

Ask your friend to apply NOW as FSW is expected to close by 2014 and get replaced by Express Entry.

If you go through CIC website, they have started giving information on EE. So don't let your friend miss the chance. Ask him to send application latest by 15th dec if possible as it takes 4-5 days by courier to reach CIO. All the offices will be close on Christmas & New Year so practically there won't be any work happening in the last week of Dec.

So the experience that i have is of deputy manager sales for 9 months and of 8 months for Manager sales in insurance where my duties were same in both profiles.
My query is that whthr 0121 NOC is for middle level managers only and will they consider my total exp of 1.5 years.

M I eligible for applying 0121 as my Primary NOC.

As long as your duties match to what NOC descriptions are mentioned on website, you can apply irrespective of the designation.

You will certainly be required to get a reference letter from your employer for your key NOC.

0121 is for middle and senior level managers - I would suggest you to go through the website for detailed description of NOC and the responsibilities which you should cover.

Send your application by 15th Dec to be on a safer side and get yourself in FSW 2014. Last week of Dec will be holidays.

There is no way which defines "Several years of experience". Completely depends on the interpretation of an individual.

Also, in India, not all the fields issue licenses like in foreign countries therefore you will follow and provide what is done in your country. You can't create a license on your own.

I have applied for FSW under NOC 0121 on Sept 16 & recd a text from DHL confirming that my courier was delivered on 24/09/14 & signed by Milke. I have not recd any further contact from them. Bank has confirmed that the DD is still not en cashed.

Any 1 with update on when was the last PPR NOC 0121 that too for some one who sent a DD ??

i am a june 18th applicant under noc 0121. Mike did receive my application. Until now, no updates whether declined or accepted. Mine was credit card. Any one here with the same dilemma?
