saying that application is part of a batch of files to which that particular date has been assigned.
Further it says to assured that your application is currently in a queue awaiting review by an officer.
Additionally it mentiones ,"In the meantime, please submit the police certificates you have mentioned and we will attach them to your file."
We appreciate your patience during this process.

Any idea Managersonline what is the address to courier my Police clearances to LVO.?

Regarding the assignment date, ask KKB that what is the next assignment date because sep 2015 is already gone.

But on the envelope write down your application number and UCI number clearly along with your name and contents of the parcel.

After about two and half months, i got response to my 3rd inquiry, this time from DRD saying following"

"Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that your baby has been added to your file. Your file is currently undergoing routine background checks we do not have a time frame for when these checks will be completed. No further action is required from you at this time."

Please guide how should i take this? what does exact its mean and how much tentative time would further require.. many thanks

Thanks Managersonline, I will courier this police certificates on Saturday and same time email KKB informing him/her that courier has left UAE and will definitely ask in the email regarding the next evaluation date by an officer. I think most iof us in 0113 will be evaluated for final check up the same day

Karim, It is just standard reply by them. Either they will say that "awaiting review" or "routine background checks are under process". Can't predict when the next communication will come from LVO. You just wait patiently and Pray from Allah.

Subject: GCMS Notes Consent form doesn't show Month of my date of birth....

Dear Seniors, I just applied for GCMS notes; after paying the amount, I got the consent form for authorization of information but I noticed that “month” in my "date of birth" field is missing (just date and year is there in that field). Therefore just wanted to confirm, is it normal or do I need to notify them? if notification needed, at which email id should I notify them?
