well according to me, no one with NOC 0113 received any reply from LVO, as since PER from CIC, i didn't get any kind of response from any corner either from CIC or LVO.

One more thing my younger brother with same NOC received only photo request in March 2015, as he is October 29th 2014 applicant and PER 27th Feb 2015, late PER due to problem in encashment of DD.

I don't know about LVO, but WVO (as in my case) is surely doing better in terms of sending MR. Wishing you all the best and speedy process.

Friend, I think you should be focusing more on your Visa Office rathen than on particular NOC. Each Visa office and each immigration officer in that office has its own application processing speed and style which affects your processing time.

Too much focus on NOC0113 means going in wrong direction.

I totally agree..
Also I joined this thread to disuss more on purchasing managers prospects, info regarding the same.. I was very clear since beginning that processing dont happens noc wise.

My TLU (Medicals Received) was on 02.06.2015 but for Paris VO it means approx. up to 90days security check after that.

Purchasing managers are waiting, waiting and waiting for the LVO response. As there is no reply or update from LVO, surely no one respond you on your query.

Warsaw has been the fastest Visa Office.

But when it comes to NOC0113, their speed is no difference then LVO. Apparently this is the closest guess.

So, there could be two reasons that either NOC0113 is not a high priority NOC for CIC.
(OR)
NOC0113- needs extra scrutiny because it involves a lot of money handling during professional career, therefore they want to make sure that they are not providing PR to any culprit or corrupt guy. This is just an assumption.

But the worst thing is that even some of the applicants their application is now more then 5-months with LVO and when they raised CSE, they got the reply that your application is waiting to be reviewed by a visa officer. So, it means that they even did not touch our applications.
