I HAVE CALLED THEM TWICE EARLIER FOR THE UCI NUMBER BUT THEY REPEATEDLY SAID "U NEED TO WAIT SIR "...MANY OF US HAVE AT LEAST RECEIVED THE UCI NUMBER AND THEY ARE ALSO BEEN TOLD THAT THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS BUT IN MY CASE THE NAME IS ALSO NOT FLASHING IN THEIR SYSTEM ...SUPER WORRIED ???

Hey Guyzz !!!!!

Would like to share my Experience of calling CIC....... I called CIC for the first time and was Lucky to get my UCI no.

The lady took my call and I mentioned (very softly and politely) that I applied under FSW program and sent my application on 1st Aug which was recd. on 11th Aug. However, I have not heard anything from CIC yet and worried about whats happening. Would she be kind enough to check the status.

She agreed to check the status provided I answer few questions regarding my identity check. She asked following questions:

1. From where am I calling (Country)?
2. My Last and first name?
3. Date of Birth?
4. Address?
5. Address to which I sent the application? - This was a peculiar question.
6. My phone/contact number?
7. My email address?
8. My postal address with Pin?

After verifying she asked me to hold for few mins.........Then she reverted back saying that my application has been recd., the payment has been charged and its under process......

I softly requested if she can share the UCI no? Which she agreed and provided....

My app is transfered to Warsaw office ..mentioned vo in form was NDVO .. Let's hope for the faster processing ...!! Still waiting for AOR from Warsaw . came to know by calling CIC that file been received at Warsaw on 6th mar 2015.

It is really surprising because this is the first time someone got charged on Sunday. Because 8th March was Sunday and up till as per my follow up they don't charge on Sunday. Could you please verify again time and date of charging. May be as per indian time it is 8th march but in Canada it was 7th march?

it was so strange for me too .my brother called me today as I used his credit card.he said yesterday means Sunday at 3 Pm the have charged the fee.he is living in Vancouver,Canada as well.it was surprising not only the date of charging but also after 73 days they charged me .

My application receving date is 17th Dec, DD encashed date is 9th Feb , PER date is 4th March. Pls update it if possible .

If you already have CSCP certification , Do you still need to write any exam to get the supply chain professional designation in Canada

CSCP in Canada is not widely accepted/recognized as SCMP.... also there is no no reciprocity available for the certification in Canada...

You can call CIC on the number 0016139444000 and listen the menu carefully and follow the options as under: -

when asked file number just press # and then 1 for confirmation
then enter your year of birth. then press 1 for confirmation.
If there is operator free the system will give you some waiting time and if all are busy the system will say that they are unable to receive the call now due to huge call volume. You have to try the same again until you were asked to wait and then once you get the operator, ask her/him about your UCI number.
