No Space to Upload LOE

Till yesterday there was space to upload LOE, today that section is completely gone! Is someone else also experiencing problems like this

Anyone? I am still facing this problem, out of sudden my LOE space has gone?!?

I was supposed to submit my application today and I went to upload Letter of Explanation along with all supporting documents, but there wasn't any space to upload it. Until yesterday there was space to upload the document below which there was mentioned how much application fees I owed, but today it's not there on my system!

I changed browsers, logged in and out!

Guy, do let me know if anyone is facing similar problem!

Many are facing issues with their profiles, this could be some kind of bug. You might want to raise technical concern with CIC or call them.

you will see it again once you start upload documents. It will come and go. Happened to me too. So its better to have your LOE ready and as soon as you see that option upload it. Once you upload it and complete your application you can see it on the next page of documents checklist.

This is good to know for when I start having a heart attack when mine disappears

It's not, but certainly, I would like to explain my case. It does helps in bringing forward your case and explain things which they simply might ignore and by they I meant Naive Visa Officers

It is optional, however I think 95% of people use it to explain some abnormality on their profile.

Failing to provide a cover letter

Although never fatal to an application, failing to provide a cover letter may result in delays in processing.

A cover letter that sets out who is applying for what, and the main reasons why the applicant qualifies makes reviewing the application easier for the visa officer, which means faster processing in my experience.

I never submit an application without a detailed cover letter asserting the applicant’s right to immigrate under current law and policy.

That's good to know, but in my case I am not very good at explaining stuff in words or writing formal document, is there any generic format that can be followed.?
