I filled out the "come to canada" survey by filling "1 year" in "skilled work experience in the past 10 years". It resulted into an ineligible result and a file number. (probably system bug)

I used such file number to create my EE profile in MYCIC. I used my 1.5-year NOC2133 as the primary experience and submitted.

It ended up with:
Application/profile status
Province/Territory Nomination No nomination at this time
Job Bank Registration Pending
Review of Minimum Entry Criteria Met
ITA Status Not Applicable
Review of submitted documents

ederal Skilled Worker Met
Provincial Nominee Program Not Met
Canadian Experience Class Not Met
Federal Skilled Trades Not Met

But the overall score and the score for each section is blank!

There is a senstence: If no score is displayed, please check that you have met Minimum Entry Criteria above. If you have met the Minimum Entry Criteria but your score is not displayed, wait for 24 hours then try again.

Does anyone know why this happens? And problem on my application?

I also tried to create another account and filling "2-3 years" in "skilled work experience in the past 10 years" in the online survey. It showed eligible. With the eligible file number, I can get the overall score of 405.

You need to create a Jobbank account. You should have received a message from CIC with instructions.

Yes I have got the message from CIC about the job bank. But how many years of work experience should I put in the online survey?

I have 1-year NOC2133, then 3-month gap, then 1.5-year NOC2133.

If I put 1 year there, I am not eligible.
If I put 2-3 years there, I am eligible.

Now it seems there is a difference bettween using the eligible file number and the ineligible file number.

Did you activated your Job bank profile ???
