I transferred the funds on 11th november.
On 18th nov, I was told I should get the GIC by 22 november (they said it takes them 5 working days to receive the funds and another 3 working days to issue GIC ).
On 21 nov, they confirmed they had received the funds.
On 25 nov, they said they cant tell anything more than they have received the funds or not. They cannot tell when they received them or when they can issue GIC.
Today, on 26 nov, its been total of 11 working days.
So shall I call the Ombudsman (highest authority to complain) today ??
I'm just worried that multiple follow up calls may further delay the process..... Is this possible or it may speed things up??
