I am a recent PR of Canada. I did my soft landing in May 2022 and returned back to the US.
Around August, I got an email from IRCC that the picture had been rejected and they had asked to send a new set of pictures. I sent the pictures in early September. I also have a fedex receipt saying thatbit was received by someone at the case processing center in Sydney, NS.
It’s been 4+ months since then and the address which I gave still havent received my PR card. Would they have misplaced it or is this the regular processing time? Could someone share link to raise a question, or a phone number to call from outside of Canada? US and Canada has same country code, does the number given from within Canada works for call from US?
