No PR card after 45 days what to do please

We have landed in Ontario 45 days ago and still didn't receive our PR card.
We are currently in Quebec due to our circumstances

My question is what to do? to call cic and ask them?
giving the fact that I'm living in QC not ON where I suppose to live will not open problems for me by connecting CIC?

Given that processing time is 41 days and you also have to factor in mailing time on top of that - I would say you need to give it another week before you have anything to worry about.

when I checked on Ecas online it said status complete but when I check for my wife and daughter it said that it can't be found. is it normal?

I'm not planing to travel within the next six months and my passport is visa exempt.

do I need the card? if I won't get it do I still need to notify cic?
