No last name.. eCAS help

Hi, I have sent in my application and received the AOR. However, I am unable to track status in eCAS since I use no last name. Have tried all options that came to mind - Nil, Not applicable, Not available, None, blank spaces etc. but of no avail. Can any senior help please...

Just curious, when you filled your application what did your write. The application will not allow your to complete the validation if you don't fill the last name/surname.

You should try putting your given name and give a try. As per the rule if you don't have surname or last name you have to fill given name as surname and fill n/a as given name. I hope this helps...

Thanks a bunch, MAK3678. i guess I goofed up by filling my given name as such and writing Nil in surname. Hope they don't send it back for this!! Fingers crossed. However, on your suggestion, I tried using my given name in the surname and it worked. the status is "Application received".
