I am still waiting for PPR, my e-case status changed to Decision made on 19-Mar-2014. Then few days later the main status link changed to In Process and when I clicked on the link it says decision is made on your case and office will contact you for further details.

ECAS changed to "Decision Made": 19-Mar-2014, not sure if positive or negative.. PPR request not yet received.. will update if I hear back anything from CIC

I am sorry to say you have to take the test again, since your score in Speaking is 3H which is below 4L. The score should be atleast 4L in all component.
