No dates till April 2018 in USA?

I checked and there are few isolated centres where you can book for March if you are okay with flying there. Couple of centres seem to have available dates from May onwards only
Trump administration may have retracted their recent stance on H1B for now but looks like it certainly has caused panic among H1B holders , who would leave no stone unturned to settle down in North America. I would say that CRS scores are gonna escalate in coming months .

CRS scores it all depends. Remember that IT folks can also move to Australia pretty easily, although Canada does look like the likelier option. Additionally, it could be a temporary spike.
Nevertheless, an excellent assumption.
