No AOR email, but status can be found in ECAS

Hello Seniors,

My family's PR renewal was delievered on Aug. 6th, until today, no AOR email received. I checked everywhere (junk box and etc.).

However, I can find the status from ECAS,

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on August 6, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 2, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on November 2, 2020.

I checked the email address is right in my application form.

Anyone had same situation? Should I call CIC to check why no email was received?

My wife's PR renewal was the same, appl delivered on May-25, started processing on Sep-15, since then it is in Decision made stage.
We never received any email/mail. Unlike yours the ECAS shows only #1 & #3

That is quite strange, after decision made, it usually sent out in a few days. I think the only way is to wait, but it really annoying.
