Well, in all I give God the glory, we got our PPR mail from my agent. AVO sent the mail by 10:33am on the 2nd December 2014

I also enquired that and was told that both TO and FRO services would be independent of each other. You wont get the Pre Paid service from Nigeria so send the passports now and when they are ready for collection, notify them and initiate the return service..

Just pay for the sending of the passport(s) to Accra...preferably including a short letter that DHL does not have prepaid return services for countries outside Nigeria.Let them know that DHL standard procedure is for you to have an authorization inform of pick up mail from them(Accra).
Let them know that you intend to authorize DHL once you are notified for pickup.
That solves it all.
You may also use vfs services who are authorized for prepaid return.

Seniors, I have a question which has been bugging a friend, who mistakenly filled a no in section 6d of the Schedule A Background/ declaration form. He was denied a US Visa around February last year, but didn't read that section thoroughly which was why he filled no. Has anyone made this same mistake and received an MR, I know you are asked to submit an updated form 5669 at MR stage. Please does he need to send a CSE with the updated form now or wait until MR?

He doesnt need to bother himself. This same question has been asked in several occation. Once you get MR. use the opportunity to update the form. No need to send an CSE.
