Please for the medicals in Asaju hospital, do they have fee for adults and for children or flat rate?

What is the experience as per the fee like in the other two in Lagos?

it seems I am the only one they requested for IMM5406. Pls. people let me know if we have someoneelse in the house with this additional info.

If you check the spreadsheet ,you will see that 70% to 80% of us has been requested to submit the form.
It's just a standard enquiry format been sent to almost everybody so I'm not sure there should be panic about.
Any special reason why you're skeptical about the IMM 5406 form?

Was given 30 days and visa officer is AB.

November and December applicants, God never forgot us.
