Goodday to you,please could you advise me appropriately,I wrote two different IELTS with details Mohammed ayodeji olalekan on the 9th January and details Mohammed,ayodeji on 1st February,2014 with different exam nos but somehow find out my name was written without my other name i.e "OLALEKAN" on the result of the one I wrote on the 1st February as against my international passport which is written as: Mohammed,Ayodeji Olalekan. I have the following score in each band for the one with Mohammed Ayodeji Olalekan as: speaking: 6.5,reading 6.0,writing 6.0,listening 5.5 total: 6.0 while result with name :Mohammed Ayodeji only is speaking: 6.0,reading 6.0,writing 6.5,listening 6.0 total: 6.0. Please would you advise?should I send the two test result with my FSWP package or I should pick one without "Olalekan while all other document has Olalekan. Your swift reply will be greatly appreciated. God Bless

Which name is your first name and which name is your last name? Besides, if the British Council was not bothered during the ID verification phase of your test, then maybe it is not such a big deal. Also, your photo appears on your IELTS test score result.

DatS correct, if BC wasn't bothered abt it den I dnt tink its a big deal plus u cnt evn use d 1st result as u dint meet up wiv d reqmt of min of 6 nd sendin 2 results mite b confusin but if u feel comfy sendin d 2 den pls go ahead

My Mohammed Ayodeji Olalekan(family name ,first name and other name respectively) and all my documents except ielts result is tag as such, my ielts is tag mohammed ayodeji without "olalekan"

Please, don't create confusion for yourself and cic by sending both ielts results. Besides, the first ielts result with your other name does not give u complete eligibility. Send only the second ielts result with your application and everything will be alright. Again, your ielts result has got your photo and international passport number which further gives credence to the fact that it is authentic. My ielts result carried my surname and first name without my other name as documented in my passport and I had no issues with that at all. All the best.

My dear sister, no be small tin o. U no in university durin lectures u have to write very fast hence dis fake shorthand, now am so use to it eventhough I try as much as possible not to.

@experienced applicant, pls what should I fill in at no4(immigration office requested for processing this application?) question on d generic application form? Is it "Accra". I left it blank and yet d form get validated but checkin tru now and I don't want to leave anything to avoid incomplete application.lastly,which is d address I shld sent my package to using courier services and which courier services is best, thanks
