Its better not to write on your statement of account documents.
Just attached a small cover letter to your package where you will make reference to the documents been sent.Give all your details in the cover letter and it will fine.
This is just to be on the safe side because even if you don't give your details on a cover letter,your full names alone on any documents been sent will pull out your information from their database.
As advised ,attach a cover letter where you will make reference to the documents requested from you afterwhich you will list out every detail of yours that link you with your application.
You may even get response back from Accra before they receive the package since i assume you must have sent it by email to them already .
One last advice,PLEASE DON'T USE FEDEX for now as they have crises currently and packages of people are been delayed unnecessarily .

Really!!!...I was planning on using FEDEX!!!....ok will use DHL then and yes I have sent it via email already but as advised here to be on the safe side that's why I am sending via courier

In my own case i used pencil to write my application no. on all the documents, bank statement inclusive and i equally attached a cover note. Surprisingly, i used FED-EX for the first time then and i have used it again recently, maybe i was fortunate. Wish you good luck

From recent info that I have this morning,seems the issue causing this delay has been resolved.
NAHCO (Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc) called off its strike yesterday so I want to believe its safe now to use them.

I think this only have affected those having to received goods in parcel, they have been experiencing clearing issue, i over heard customers complaining on Tuesday when i sent my additional document

Kollins is right, I think they've resolved the issue. We used them for the initial application and that was why we went back to them.
@Gofame, when did u send the email? Why not wait a day for their response before sending the hardcopy, that was the plan we had that we were going to send the hardcopy the next day but got a response from them before we could. It saved us some cash

I sent my package last Tuesday, 25th Nov.14 they told me they having issues with NAHCO has rightly said by Kollins but it does not affect customer dispatching. Apart from fact that they cheaper, i see nothing special about FedEx

Come to think of it, where is hopefulval? I remember her cos we have almost the same application date only that hers is a day before ours (31st Oct.)
