Hi Floxy...On that email, there is something about updaing a form Imm8......i cannot find any such form and i have read elsewhere that one only needs to fill it if there has been a change in family status...any idea please?

I was told to update an IMM008 schedule A form, but afterwards I realized that it was a typo and they really wanted me to send in an updated IMM5669 Schedule A form. Hope this helps...
