Nice people. See below excerpt of mail I got from AVO today:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act states that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:


- Medical examination for the entire family. Medical forms will be sent to you via email tomorrow.
- Proof of funds
- Updated police clearance certificates for you and your spouse.
- Right of Permanent Residence Fee for you and your spouse.
- Updated IMM 5406- Additional Family Information for you and your spouse.
- Updated IMM 5669- Schedule A for you and your spouse listing all personal and address history from the age of 18.




Forms, instructions and specifications can be found at www.cic.gc.ca



*** To avoid delays, please submit all requested documents at the same time ***



You have 60 days from the date of this letter to submit additional information so that we may continue processing your application. Please note this will be the ONLY opportunity we will provide for you to submit additional evidence. Your application will be assessed in 60 days and the final decision will be based on the evidence on file at that time. If you choose not to respond with additional information I will make my decision based on the information before me, which may result in the refusal of your application.


Please note that submission in person will not be accepted.

Please can anyone tell me where I can raise this RPRF canadian/USD bank draft in Port Harcourt?
Secondly, how do I submit the requested documents including the draft? Courier or email or on their website? If courier, which address do I send to and which carrier is best? Fedex, UPS, DHL?

Do not fill these forms as they are not meant for your situation.
You should not submit them alone with your application.

Congrats once again .
I will suggest you call the customer care line of either gtbank or zenith bank to find out.Seems to me all of the banks are not competent to render the service .Even in Lagos ,it's the Plural branch of gtbank at Oyin Jolayemi that seems famous in renderingtthe service.Just call and ask.
On the mode of response to Accra visa office,it's only logical to send it by courier to their office in Ghana.
You should courier your draft and other requested documents to the address stated at the footer page of the medical request mail sent to you .
For the best ........it's relative and depends on their terminal routes in their delivery destination.Maybe UPS for me....but it's a personal opinion ....wait for other forumites to give their opinions.

Leave out the three forms as they do not apply to you.
You do not need to submit it.

From the look of things, it seems there are only two VOs, AB and RK reported so far by applicants that have had their MR. Pls correct me if I'm wrong. This could be an indication why the process seems slow and there are backlogs.
Its better imagined with two VOs to process about 200 cases for FSW 2013 applicants with AVO.
I think so far they've tried having processed over 20 applicants cases within a month for applicants May, June and July currently going on) on this forum. I'm sure they have done more!
Welldone VOs and AVO. Keep it coming!

Thank you ll for your congratulatory messages, well appreciated. For those that have received MR and done their medicals (the remaining journey shall be smooth by GODS grace). To those checking Kollins spreadsheet every day to see how close they are (that was the last thing i do every night :-[), believe me keep checking, that spreadsheet gives a very good idea when to keep refreshing and refreshing your email .

Morning all, our MR strolled in yesterday.
We have 60 days to submit our documents. No POF request, just the same forms and PCC stuff.
Can someone please provide the name of someone that can help with the PCC. Also, does anyone have experience with getting PCC from the UK?
