Thanks gibosita. Usually LOAs should take between 4-6months. I'm an Admin/Human Resources expert.

Did you applied for MPNP or FSW? Cos I submitted my MPNP application online on 24 Feb. 2014 and my status is still showing ''received'', while a colleague who applied under FSW in June has gotten hers as ''assessment pending''.

I had posted sometimes on this forum and the response I got was that, it takes between six and nine months to get a response from the Manitoba immigration office.

Kindly shed more lights on this.

I applied for MPNP. Kindly check the 2014 spread sheet to see the average processing time. You may leave a message for Clarence or Mayoress on MPNP 2013 thread so that you can be added to the spread sheet to enable you monitor the movement. Some 2014 applicants have gotten LOAs already.
