Got an email from AVO on Monday, 'I am now completing my assessment of your PR application to Canada'...and then asked for a document we were missing. We sent said document on Monday. My time line peeps, I think its almost our turn.

Please Abie, just to confirm if your ECAS has a third line saying ''we have started processing your application on so so date''. I got this 3rd line update on my ECAS yesterday that they begun processing my application on 4th August. What probably could be the implication of this? Cheers.

Kindly confirm if Fixed Deposit will be accepted by my local VO (specifically AVO) when POF is requested after my documents have been transferred from CIC? If yes, will I need to present updated certificate from bank when POF is requested from Local VO or can I present the same one I used when I submitted to CIC? Kindly help clarify. Thank you.

I have a situation at hand. Firstly about the POF requirements.if one doesn't have d stipulated amount will ur application be rejected?
2ndly, can one use property evaluation as a partial prove of assest(regarding an addition to an incomplete Funds requirement.)

Hi, Kay_diwe2014, Fixed Deposit acceptable for POF. Sometimes AVO may not ask you to update your POF, so perhaps, unless you are asked to update, my guess is you really don't need to.

hello house. accra sent me a mail saying i have to show evidence of funds of about 18000 dollars within 14 days or risk being denied visa. they also said if i put in bulk money i must show evidence of of how i came about the money. please house please i need advice like yesterday. i have just 10 days to send the evidence. i need your thots

Accra just sent me a mail yesterday that property valuation will no longer be acceptable as proof of funds. i will forward the email to the house
