@ All I want to say a big thank to u all for ur concern about my medicals. I eventually got the agent to send it by courier and by God's grace i had the medical exam last week. Thank u all, for gingering me to take prompt action. God bless u all.

I suggest you send a case specific enquiry stating clearly the details and requesting for another copy of teh med instruction. Offer them a solution of how the document can be mailed to you by offering to pay for courier services to pick it from their office.

March 19 is a long time ago. your 60days is just 2 weeks away. Speed is of essence at this time.
