Verification by calling is done at random by vo. My friend in new delhi told me that his vo called his employer. I don't know if accra varify by calling.

How many employers have u worked for in the 5 years as listed on your application? I believe if you can send what you have and attach a note giving reasons why you can't provide reference for this particular employer, that is if he is also listed on application ( request VO to waive reference from this employer cos xyz reasons). Good luck!

I hope it's not the last employer or your current as they use the reference to check your character as well.
