thanks bro........ u sure are right with ur observation with the Chemistry stuff..... but due to the labour forecast for Quebec, Chemists are in short supply. with only 2,500 certified chemist serving a population of 7.3Million pple... huge potential but very Great work to do b4 i qualify not even with the difficult exams.....
so for the immediate time, Chemistry might still wait but in the long term i hope to forge ahead in chemistry specializing in Clinical/ Pharmaceutical chemistry.....

the farm price varies depending on the crop on the firm..... if Cocoa, u wont even find any for sale unless its owner is in a tight corner. a 2metric tonne( 2mt) capacity farm can go for 1M lease per annum in the event of a crisis sale, a 2mt capacity farm can go for 1.5M least price

@Opensin,the best flight to Accra should be Aerocontractors if you would execrise patience to book exactly two weeks before your travel date otherwise do await opening from others.

As for the local travels therein,you can pay with either Dollars or Ghana Cedis.
