@ Priceless. We have said it repeatedly on this forum that the use of a lawyer does not affect the visa processing process of Visa offices and I feel people should learn that these people are Canadians not Nigerians!!! Hence no backyard business at the VOs.

@ Kayb accept our condolences may God keep us to attain 74 and much more I tell you its celebration of life!!!

@ Mufu what can I say? Welcome back!!! How is the mechanic and Timing Belt business!!!

@ all have a blessed week!!!

@ tinu, the reason for my asking is not the fact that i think using lawyers would fastrack the process or the assumption that there is a backyard business at AVO.
In fact i know personally that using a lawyer would slow down the process in the sense that AVO relates to the lawyer directly and then the lawyer relates to you with the antecedent loss of time in days.........hence my question to swinglow.

@ swinglow thanks for your response....all the best.

Swing low congrats

How do I contact the Visa office for change of job status when my application is in-process?
House, i need assistance, I submitted my application and was received oct 24th 2011. I got acknowledgement from visa office acccra jan 13th 2012. till date is still showing in-processs. But i have changed from the company i was working with when I submited the application in oct. 2011 to another in may 2012 and i have just passed my probation period .
so How do i communicate this to the Visa office in accra?
Do I need to complete another schedule 3 form? economic classes federal skilled workers? Please help. wiil it be by dhl or email if email what is the the email address?
thanks for your anticipated positive response.

dauaye,
You will have to send your Letter of Employment (photocopy) and Job description with reference letter from HR or Snr Officer too quoting your reference numbers to AVO informing them of the latest development immediately. It happened to me too. Hope this help.
