Hey Guys, I have question if you can answer it, i will appreciate it!
I read in some website that Canadian PR holder can apply for NEXUS card! and also it say if you are work permit/student Holder you need to provide that document! So does it mean if you are a work permit holder, you are eligible to apply for NEXUS card?
Thank You?

If you have PR you are eligible to apply for NEXUS. Not for the work permit or study permit holders. But for them they can apply for USA visa. Living and working or study in canada always put the application on higher.

Thanks Miranja.. If you have a PR, Do you need to apply first to us visa before you apply to Nexux Card?

See here http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/trusted_traveler/nexus_prog/nexus_eligibility.xml for details.

If you can't enter the USA with the travel documents that you currently possess, you will not qualify for NEXUS anyway. You have to be able to access both countries BEFORE you apply.

Agreed. If you need a visa to enter the US or Canada then you don't qualify for Nexus. If you are visa exempt in both countries (i.e. you can enter both countries using only your passport), then you qualify to apply. Nexus is not an alternative to a visa. It is for visa exempt individuals only.
