okay. good luck. FYI, you can also request for correction Record Correction Request Form (TBS/SCT 350-11) (canada.ca) by sending them relevant documentation if the records still don't show up in ATIP.

By the way, did you ask for it for verification or were you asked for them via doc-request/interview?

I just asked for my own verification. IRCC have not asked for any additional documentation or an interview from me (which is annoying, given I have all the proof to back up my physical presence requirements).

Thanks, I put in another ATIP request yesterday with the Nexus card number. Nonetheless, I send a webform to IRCC with copies of my Nexus card, I-94 records, CBSA records, and flight itineraries for the missing five entries. Not sure if this will help with anything, but might as well.

If the dates I entered matches with the CBSA records, not sure what else they would need to confirm. But I guess not much else to do but wait.

I requested CBSA Entry/Exit record via ATIP portal, and uploaded my passport + PR card to the request.
Today, I received their response with the file showing almost the correct entry/exit, except for onemissing Entry.

If my memory serves me well, I used my NEXUS card for that entry.
I have a few questions:
  1. Is it because I did not upload my NEXUS card to the ATIP request, that caused CBSA to search my entry/exit based solely on my passport & PR card number?
  2. In Citizenship application, do I upload my NEXUS card?
  3. If no, how would IRCC know about my NEXUS entries? (because CBSA did not show that entry, it's unlikely that they will show differently to IRCC when requested)

Voila! My theory is correct. (I forgot to update this thread).

The missing entry was indeed because I used NEXUS card and not my PR card or Passport.

When requesting CBSA entry/exit record, I submitted only PR and Passport as supporting documents. So CBSA only searched their system using PR card and Passport Number, which apparently did not show that specific entry.

I requested another Entry/exit record and submitted my NEXUS card this time; and the report came back showing that missing entry with the NEXUS card number!

So when I submitted my Citizenship application, I included the NEXUS card as one of the travel documents (beside PR and Passport). My Physical Presence is now Completed. I did not get any additional doc request or interview from IRCC!
