I am uploading my NEXUS card under the Travel Document section for Citizenship application.
The NEXUS card has several numbers on the back: the PASSID on the left (example here 777700757) and another on the right (100000770)
Which number do I put in the Document Number in the application? Do I put "USA" in both Country of Issue and Place of Issue?
