Next step after receiving fingerprint

Hello Friends,
Fingerprints were taken in June 2019 for citizenship and I am still to get the date for the test. Called few times to the call center and it still maintains under process, does this take such a long time? The citizenship application was filed 2 years back. Anybody has such experience and looking forward for guidance for the next steps. Thanks

ok. That means you have not received test invitation. So next step will be test invite. There is no time frame for that as how long will it take.

My case was different as I received finger print request after test..

So do you know why they ask for a new finger print saying it’s expired the one they had and that was just last week I had and interview with a citizenship officer and was told I only have to attend the ceremony but a new finger print is needed should I be worried

No I’ve been granted 2 waivers so I was told that I would just have to sworn because of my medical condition but I wonder why the finger print when am about to get my citizenship
