I would like to know if anyone has sent their transcripts for WES evaluation after Dec 1st 2018. Up until December, an individual can send sealed and signed transcripts by themselves to the WES centre for evaluation. But, form the latest update it has been mentioned that the university (from where you have completed your Bachelor's degree) have to be send by them.
My university doesn't provide any such service as of now. I am currently not in India as well. If anyone has gone through the process kindly, share your experience and the procedure.
