new rules introduced for FSW

one of my frnd told that new rules are introduced for FSW on May 1.Kindly put a light on this that what all is intorduced and changed.

There is indication that CIC might be planning to change something, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/releases/2010/2010-03-16.asp but they have not said when. It did not happen on May 1st but whether it happens tomorrow or in a year, nobody knows.
