NEW RULES 120 DEADLINE VISA OFFICE

For applications received by CIC before June 26 rules went in effect, is the 120 day visa office limit still in effect after receiving AOR from CIC? Is the CHC process exactly the same in these cases? Please advise of any changes for applications received by CIC pre June 26

any application recived before June 26/2010 will process same as old system. this new rull wont be effect for anybody applied before june 26, your application must recived by sydney office before june26 to process as same old system.
