I am having the same issue. Wife and I got eCOPR on June 24th. Address and photos were submitted same day. Wife received her PR card July 12. My case still shows Submitted in GCKey, but my password no longer works for PR portal and I don't get the reset emails. PR portal stopped letting me log in about 2 weeks ago. Before that, my addr/photo were In Review. It's very frustrating... we were April 2020 AOR and the whole process has been like this.

My friend was in this situation, she declared that she's outside Canada due to the travel restrictions. They just told us to inform them once she is back to Canada to issue her eCOPR.

Got my eCOPR after 3 months on 29th September
And the PR card application changed to “submitted” on 1st October
Just got an email that there’s an update on my PR card app. But can’t login to gckey.
Not sure what’s going on with their server. But I tried 6-7 times

Logged in and the PR card has been mailed
Does that mean it’s gonna arrive in a couple weeks or it can still take longer ?

Yes, even resending my credentials to the portal email also sending how many days I have been waiting.

Should arrive in a few days. It took 3 days for me.

Declared in canada , uploaded photo and address same day
Declaration shows submitted to ircc and photo , address in review still,
How long ecopr takes ?

Hi,

Instead of my email, my spouse (who is not principal applicant), got email for PR Confirmation Portal. Also, in PDF attached in email, it is addressed to spouse instead of me.

I am principal applicant.

Please advise what should I do.
